10 Best Gourmet Burgers in the Coachella Valley

1. Island’s Restaurant, Palm Desert

Island’s is a fun casual restaurant that has a tropical, beech feel. It makes you feel like, well you’re in the islands. They offer many great gourmet burgers. You might want to try their Hula burger. Don’t forget the fries!

2. Tyler’s Burgers, Palm Springs

This downtown hot spot is a favorite with locals and visitors! Their  menu is simple and that is a good thing. They make awesome burgers. You’ll enjoy the atmosphere too!

3. Eureka, Indian Wells

Eureka is known for their drink selection but also their great burgers. The thing that is different here is some of the offerings. Choose from the Jalapeno Egg Burger or maybe the Fresno Fig Burger.

4. Grill-a-Burger, Palm Desert

You will find 30 different burgers to choose from here! They also offer mini-burgers and non-beef options. They also offer an extensive selection of salads to go with your burger.

5. Babe’s Bar-B-Que and Brewhouse, Rancho Mirage

You’ll enjoy the wait staff and atmosphere at this restaurant located in The River, Rancho Mirage. They serve a delicious burger that is always fresh, never frozen. Get a beer with your burger. It’s made right there!

6. Habit Burger, La Quinta

This restaurant is fairly new to the Coachella Valley, but they opened in Santa Barbara in 1969. You can enjoy great toppings with your burger including avocado and bacon.

7. Fleming’s, Rancho Mirage

This location is in the River, Rancho Mirage. Every night they serve their Prime Burger topped with cheddar, peppered bacon and tomato. You can get it in the bar between 5 and 7pm.

8. Smokin’ Burgers and Lounge, Palm Springs

Enjoy this informal restaurant that offers burgers and salads until late. They have a patio plus tvs. You might want to try their Cheeseburger. Some say the best in the valley!

9. Native Foods Cafe, Palm Springs

For those who enjoy California-style vegan food , you’ll find it here. Try their Native Southwestern Burger. It features guacamole, Santa Fe salsa served on a multi-grain ciabatta.

10. Burgers and Beer, Rancho Mirage

Enjoy the casual setting of this restaurant with your friends. Thursday is a popular night and people enjoy the service and staff. The burgers are good sized and they also offer Curly Fries. Have a beer with your burger too!
